WE ARE ON!!!!
After close collaboration with Mesa County and BLM, we are finally moving forward. We are making last year's climb 1 mile longer, finishing at the Ribbon Trailhead - promising better sight distance for both the rider and spectators. This both improves the experience and safety of the finish area!
If you did the Gunny Enduro and challenge the Little Park Road Hillclimb, you will be crowned based on the best time combined as MAD King or Queen of The Hill for the year!

- 6:30 am – 7:30 am: Packet Pickup @ Start Area.
- 7:50 am – Racer Meeting / Staging.
- 8:00 am – Start all categories (start order as shown below).
- 11:00 am – Awards @ Park Mesa Subdivision Cul-de-sac.

Categories Descriptions (Age groups as defined):
- Women/Men A: Maddest speed of all /USAC CAT 1-3. (All ages)
- Women/Men B: Right in the middle / USAC Cat 4-5... (All ages)
- Women/Men C: Just starting out or testing the waters! (All ages)
- Women/Men JR: If you're a junior and want to compare with others, this is you! (18 and under)
- Women/Men Clunker*: Ride a bike at least 20 years old and show off your brave souls! (All ages & Juniors)
- Women/Men MTB: Ride your mountain bike and see how you do! (All ages & Juniors)
- Women/Men 50+: Challenge your peers of age 50+! (50 and over)
*Clunker Juniors - if you wish to enter in the clunker category as a junior, please register as Juniors, reply to the confirmation with your request for category change, and we'll take care of ya!

- Little Park Road Hillclimb starts @ Park Mesa subdivision cul-de-sac.
Entry Fee includes: Traffic control from start to top for safety, race entry, road bike rear fender (shown below), swag bag, chance for podium medals (shown below), chance for raffle goods from various sponsors, and MAD times!

Refund / Changes Policy:
- No refunds, but we’ll allow entry transfer from one athlete to another for a $20 processing fee.
- Changes, updates, or category switches are allowed for a $10 processing fee.
In case of inclement weather / poor trail conditions:
- This event will take place rain or shine - it's on the road, so no fret about trail damage. However if it's so bad... we may cancel the race altogether.
- If you want your race entry carried to next year, please request and we will grant that. Just keep in mind that we work our butts off just for this one day and weather is beyond our control. We are working hard to bring more fun events to the Grand Valley.
- If you cannot race the event and it takes place, no refunds or transfers will be granted. This is on YOU. :)
- It is hardly our fault that weather or life happens, so please understand that we don’t grant refunds regardless. You’re welcome to transfer entries to another participant prior the event for a $20 processing fee.
